Questions before we get to work?

Good. The right project starts with clear expectations. Here’s how Friendly Strategies works, what we can help with, how pricing usually works and what you can expect before we touch your systems, workflows or event operations.

Is Friendly Strategies a fit?

Who do you work with?

1

We work with small businesses, service companies, real estate teams, trades, event operators and growing teams that have outgrown informal processes.

Most clients come to us when the business is working, but the systems behind it are messy. Leads are slipping, handoffs are unclear, tools are underused, documentation is missing or the team is relying too much on memory and heroics.

Do you only work with CRMs?

2

No. CRM cleanup is one part of what we do, but the real work is operations.

We help with workflows, automations, documentation, intake processes, sales handoffs, vendor coordination, reporting, training and the messy spaces between tools where work tends to break down.

What kinds of problems can you solve?

3

Common problems include messy CRM pipelines, unclear ownership, broken follow up, manual duplicate work, scattered spreadsheets, undocumented processes, inconsistent client communication, poor handoffs and systems nobody fully trusts.

For events, that can also include planning structure, logistics, vendor communication, run of show planning, staffing coordination and post event follow through.

How the work happens

What does a typical project look like?

1

Most projects start with a review of how work moves through your business today. We look at your tools, workflows, handoffs, documentation and recurring pain points.

From there, we usually recommend one of three paths: a focused cleanup, a deeper implementation project or ongoing operational support.

What is the first step?

2

The first step is a short conversation. We’ll talk through what’s messy, what you’re trying to improve and whether Friendly Strategies is the right fit.

If there’s a real problem to solve, we’ll define the scope, priorities and next steps before any work starts.

Will you need access to our systems?

3

Usually, yes. If we’re helping improve your CRM, forms, automations, documentation or reporting, we’ll need some level of access.

We only ask for what is needed for the work, and access can be limited, temporary or removed when the project is complete.

Pricing and scope

How do you price your services?

1

Pricing depends on the scope. A small audit or cleanup is priced differently than a full workflow rebuild, CRM implementation or ongoing support agreement.

We try to keep pricing practical and aligned to the problem being solved. No bloated agency package. No mystery retainers without a clear purpose.

Is there a minimum project size?

2

Yes. We are usually not the right fit for tiny one off admin tasks.

We are a better fit when there is a real workflow, system, operations or event coordination problem that needs to be cleaned up properly. Either way, call us, if it’s something we don’t handle, we can refer you to a trusted provider.

Do you offer ongoing support?

3

Yes. Some clients need a focused project. Others need ongoing support to keep systems clean, improve adoption, manage changes and keep operations from drifting back into chaos.

Timelines and expectations

How long does a project take?

1

Small cleanup projects may take a few days to a couple of weeks. Larger workflow, CRM or operations projects can take several weeks depending on complexity, access, decisions and team availability.

The faster we can get clear answers, clean access and decision maker alignment, the faster the work moves.

Can you integrate tools so they talk to each other?

2

Yes, when it makes sense. We can help connect tools through native integrations, automation platforms or cleaner process design.

That said, not everything needs an automation. Sometimes the smarter fix is a cleaner workflow, better ownership or simpler documentation.

Do you train the team?

3

Yes. A system that only one person understands is not a system, it’s a liability.

We can provide documentation, walkthroughs, training sessions and practical enablement so the team knows what changed and how to use it.

What makes us different

What makes Friendly Strategies different?

1

We are operator led, not agency driven.

That means we care less about shiny dashboards and more about whether the work actually gets done correctly. We build around real people, real constraints and real business operations, not fantasy workflows that look nice in a slide deck and fall apart by Friday.

Do you work with both small businesses and larger teams?

2

Yes. The size of the company matters less than the complexity of the work.

We are a good fit when there are moving parts, unclear processes, messy systems or teams that need better structure to execute consistently.

Still not sure where to start?

That’s normal. Most businesses know something is off before they know exactly what to call it. Bring the messy version. We’ll help sort out what needs fixing first.
