I’ve spent the last decade working in high-growth SaaS, helping companies untangle messy processes and build systems that actually work for people. My background spans Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Customer Success. From designing onboarding programs that cut ramp time by a third, to optimizing CRMs and support workflows that boosted efficiency by 30% or more.

I’m the guy teams call when their tools, processes, or playbooks aren’t quite clicking. I’ve led remote teams, rolled out scalable training programs, and built the frameworks that let sales, success, and support actually row in the same direction.
